how to make 3d sphere in google sketchup 7.0

First of all, for the first run of Google SketchUp, this is how minimal the buttons are as pictured below

So I will teach you how to make the other buttons appear so that you can use the “follow me” button” in able to make a 3D Sphere

Go to View>Tool Bars>Large Tool Set then select it

Now you have more tools now, we can start now..

So to start, click the person that is standing, and delete it or you can leave it as is, its your choice

Grab your Circle tool and start making a circle, see the picture as shown below

Next is, select the Orbit Tool(the icon which looks like a orbiting arrow) orbit the canvas until it looks like this view

Tip: You can find the name of the tools by hovering your cursor and wait for a while for the name to appear

Grab the Circle Tool again and search the center of the circle, do it by hovering the center of the circle wich will defenitely look as shown below

Then hold the Left Mouse Key and spread it and make another circle in size you want

Then Orbit it slightly top view

Then grab your select tool(the black arrow icon) then select the horizontal circle you just made, then the circle will look like there is a lot of dots scattered around the moment you select it as shown below

Next is grab your Follow Me Tool(icon that has a red arrow on the top of the sort of looks like a plate) then click the vertical circle and the 3D sphere will appear just as shown below

Now the problem is, there is the excess vertical circle, just grab your Erase Tool and erase thet vertical circle out

And now you have your very own 3D Sphere!!!!!!!! Hope that this tutorial help!!
